| | Started a little earlier in the evening, and I could feel it. My lungs were burning after 3 miles from the TX heat. Then the sun went down and it was better. First 2 miles were 10 minutes each, the rest were 11-12. Having trouble staying at 10 consistently. |

| | First mile was 9:27 (I think my first sub-10 min mile), 2nd was 11:02. Should've taken a break after last night, I think. |

| | I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill, to have a consistent pace. I ran all 4 miles at a 9:31 pace. In between each mile, I slowed down to walking pace for .10mile. Next time, I will try to make it 1.5 miles at that pace before recovering. I find this is the only way I can build up to longer distances without a break. Any suggestions? |
