| | Ran 4 miles at my normal pace, then the last one I sprinted all straightaways and walked the curves. I do most of my running on a 1/4 mile track. It makes it easier for me to keep track of distance. I change lanes each lap to keep track. |

| | Started a little earlier in the evening, and I could feel it. My lungs were burning after 3 miles from the TX heat. Then the sun went down and it was better. First 2 miles were 10 minutes each, the rest were 11-12. Having trouble staying at 10 consistently. |
